Ask the Board TM

Ask the Board is great for businesses that are flying solo or are family based. What Ask the Board advisory groups do is make you accountable for the decisions you make in your business. The group meets once a month to hold you accountable. The group is made up of other business owners and is facilitated by our Director Anna Kyriacou. 

It gives you the opportunity to discuss issues/concerns you are facing in your business and to be assisted by the board to overcome them. We encourage clients to provide to the board there Key Performance Indicators and Goals. Each month clients update the board on there performance/progress. The board then provides feedback and critic to the business owner. We realise this may be a bit confronting at first, but over the years we have seen how small business flourish when they become accountable.
